Turbo after 70?

Default Turbo after 70?

sup guys, i finaly got my car paid off. now im trying to decied of i want to go looks or speed..i really want to go speed..but im on mid-low budget. and my h22 already has 70k on it... would it be a waste of time/money to put a t3/t4 size turbo on a h22 with 70k or more? anyone know about the amount of miles before turbo is a bad idea?

There is no certain amount of miles that will magically make your engine bad for turbo. Compression & Leak down test it, make sure it's healthy, tune it properly. And be careful you don't blow those ringlands and as long as you don't get greedy you should be fine.

if your compression and leakdown test #'s are good then you could
run 8-9 lbs of boost safely IF you use a good engine management system
and have a good tuner to do the work for you.
