car doesnt start up need help
would something wrong wit the flywheel or clutch prevent the car from starting up?? my car broke down on the highway because the alternator belt broke.. but that has been replaced and car still doesnt start up... when i crank it.. it just doesnt sound right.... tried a new distributor, starter, spark plugs, ecu, all the fuses are fine, and there is spark and fuel... anything else i should try???? can the motor be blown?
when i say it doesnt sound right. i mean when i crank it... it sounds very weak... and stops cranking for several seconds... and i tried charging up the battery.. jump start... push start.. and just about everything i can think of... except maybe the flywheel, injectors, fuel pump,(but theres fuel)and only other thing i can think of is that the motor is blown

your battery is probally totally drained and cant hold a charge.get a multi meter and check it should be 12 or more volts.and yes sometimes fluid level too little will have an effect on starting
when the alt belt broke battery light came on right then it ran until you ran the battery dead right. 1st replace the alt belt then if this is in a car any older that 1 yr old replace that battery and you should be ok if not check all the fuses in the car and the ones under the hood. Hopefully that does it

I think that you need a new battery instead of trying recharge the old one. Also, check for any corrosion around the cables and make sure the alternator belt is on. If the new battery dies out with the alternator belt on, then your alternator needs to be replaced.
