Default koni yellos at full soft?

i remember reading that setting the yellows at full stiff will cause premature damage. is the same true if i set it at full soft? i'm using them with stock ITR springs

Do not run them at full soft or full hard. Back them off 1/8 turn.

If you leave them at full soft the adjuster rod can stick. No damage to the shock, but its stuck and you have to send it back to Koni.

I never saw that on mine, I have run them for a year at a time at full soft. Regardless, I'm going to move mine to not-full-soft.

Did Koni include instructions stating not to do full soft or full hard? If not, they really need to...
