That is such a vauge question. If you search the archives you will find a ton of setups that have gone 12's.
General rule of thumb is 200whp and 2200lbs curb weight will get you high to mid twelves depending on tire selection, suspension and driver.
THat will give you a good starting point for searching.

I have a b18c3 sitting my shop right now, Just a plain ol GSR, with the dual stage intake manifold.
Hitting 12's all motor is getting easier and easier though.
with the setup you listed, it could happen.
There is a guy in a thread just posted today that hit high 12's with like 180 WHP.

i did a search on the motor and they did say that it was a euro type-r, so, i think that you have a euro type r in your garage. and also, they did have all the numbers and description on the engine posted up. surprised me too. but i did mean in the 2's.. 200 hp..

200 whp can be done pretty easily with a gsr. you haven't even scratched the surface with those mods don't give up so easy.

I have seen with my own eyes 4 b18c3's and I have this one here. No LSD, GSR intake manifold, gsr head, p72-00 pistons NOT p73. No R on the rods.
B18C3's are not Type R motors.
They are not Type R motors with GSR heads (I heard that one too)
They are EDM GSR motors.
I do know that Spoon had ahold of a few C3's and repackaged them under there name. Also I have heard that they did make it for the ADM too.
If there is a C3-R , I have never seen it, I have at least 15-20 b18 Vtec motors go through my shop a month. If someone has proof of this I would love to see it, to kill or solidify the rumors.

Ya know, I just searched around for the last hour. There is 30 different people saying 30 different things about the b18c3.
I can say one thing for sure. I’ve seen 5 of them (4, plus the one I have now) and they have all been regular GSR motors.
