a few questions, is it legit. i know ive seen some with some sort of black thing on the side and i heard that it was the governor or something. and that the EDM ones didnt have a governer so im thinking it could be EDM. anybody know for sure? also is this a good price? I really need one soon. thanks in advance

 

if this is for a ZC, why not just get a 90-91 PM6 & have it chipped to a PM7 program w/ no governor?

what's a governer? and what's it doing on a ECU?

 

A governor limits the top speed, I believe the limit on JDM ECU's is 112MPH
