i don't know if the TpS is universal kinda like the map sensor is but i need one for my car.

yes they are... just take it off your civic motor... throttle. drill or cut off the riviots on the civic. then cut the h22 one off and put the new one on the h22 and use screws with the same threads.

after to set it.. start the car whiel it is running. use a volt meter tap one end to ground and the positive lead to the center wire, which is usually a red color.
set it to see DC volts. move the tps around untill you see .45volts. then tighten screw and set it.

 

i could just take a h23 throttle body and put it on my h22 motor right?

instead of the cutting or drilling?

 

ive got a h22a TB if you need it though.
