Default Has This Ever Happened to YOU???

i got a 94 5speed and all of a sudden today my car would be reving up when i pushed the accelerator but the car would barely move.

it kept getting worse by the minute until i would be at 4-5000 rpm and goin 3mph in first gear. the car has 106k miles on it and has NEVER got a tranmission flush. Am i having this problem becuase of the tranny fluid or is there something wrong with my transmission?

pleeeeeeeeeeeeeas help me!

probably check you fluid.
But you might need a new clutch or Axles. Clutch is the case most of the time for 5 sp.

somebody told me that my clutch is almost gone since " the clutch has no play"

the man told me that becuase u have to lift the clutch really high, almost all the way up, before the car starts moving forward.

one more thing.. after my car stoped moving i left it on the road... i came back to it about 2 hours later and i was able to drive it home and the problem wasnt as bad but the problem was still defitney there.

one more thing... a new cluth master cylinder and cluth slave cylinder was put in about 1 month ago. could i still need a new clutch?

yeah it will chatter and engage roughly at first, then it just goes to mush after a while and slips like hell... pretty much the phase your at now.

the pedal will feel shitty and stiff when letting out/ engaging it will be at the extreme top or bottom of the pedal throw.

sounds to me like your clutch is gone. have fun replacing it, its a bitch. took me and my buddy 12 hours to get the tranny back in and lined up right. if you have access to a lift definately use it.
