noise in rear wheel

noise in rear wheel

I have a sound coming from my rear wheel(pass side) sounds like a sekeda(bug)
when i am driving fast

possibly a wheel bearing and it is a Cicada

What does a sekada sound like? Do you feel anything in the steering or handling?

A cicada (locust) makes a squeaking/buzzing sound. Like maybe a dragging brake??
