i have the pr3.. i remember not seeing the light thou.. maybe is it at a different spot then the stock ecu? cuz i know there is no light where the window lines up

pull the cover off thats over the ecu, the jdm ecu has the light in a diffrent spot, and you cant look at it with the cover on, unless you drill a hole in the cover over where the light is.

I had the EXACT same issue with my newly acquired CRX. Remove the cover...the light will be on the bottom as if the cover or ECU was upside down.
