Default Any easy practical mods to do on a 94 wagon?

My sister has a 94 wagon with 150k miles. Runs great, rusted doglegs, but thats the only issue.

Are there any good practical mods or generally known things to do to improve this car? She isn't looking for more power or anything.

Also I have heard removing the plastic from the rear wheel wells helps drain the water and prevent 1/4 panel rust

You could always do some suspension work to it. Slammed wagons are hot!

I'd say work on the suspension. Find her a good quality strut/spring combo.

indeed...even a slow car can be fun in the twisties as long as you have the right suspension set up....take my car for example, took it out for a drive the other day and it was quite fun... never sped over the speed limit and still had lots of fun... its a perfect road too... it begins with a sign that shows a REALLY curvey road and then below it it says "next 3 1/2 miles"....heaven

it'll also allow for water to get splashed up inside your quarter panels, which will promote rust rather than prevent it...leave them where they are at...besides, if it's already rusting, removing them now won't really help anything...

as far as practical mods, a grounding kit, mild suspension upgrades (spring/shock/strut bars/sway bars/bushings <that's a biggy!) can all make the ride a little more enjoyable...

Don't forget a nice rotor/pad/brakelines upgrade. It'll give you a more secure feeling when doing the twisties

I didnt mean mods like suspension etc... I meant little things that I may not know about the car. Known problems etc.
