throttle body trouble. help please!

Default throttle body trouble. help please!

my throttle body on my DOHC zc is all jacked up it sticks really really bad and i tried everything to fix it. except replacing the spring i kinda dont wanna screw with it anymore... i was wondering if its swappable with one off an 89 civic si stock motor??

You need to take it off the engine.
Once of, use a paper towel and wipe the gunk off the inside.
Also open the butterfly and wipe the black gunk off of it.
Do not spray carb cleaner directly onto the throttle body as some of it could go into the TPS and eventually ruin it.
I bore throttle bodies and I get some that are completely gummed up. After I clean them they work well again.

yes, 89 si will work - or 88-89 integra
