Im driving a 1992 Honda Prelude SR, i have done the recent mods but i would like to gain some more hp with other mods, any suggestions?

nitrous is as low budget as you can get. even then to do it properly isnt cheap either.

i was just thinking and to me its about 100$/1whp gain roughly (not literally) but just to show you hp and budget do not mix well. its kinda like "jumbo shrimp" xymoron:

if you want real hp you need real $$$

first i would complete the bolt ons and get pulleys and a header <--(not cheap for a good one)

and after that its all internal work that adds up fast

 

nitrous and weight reduction will make you faster.

 

cheap hp.. definately go nitrous.. go with a nice fuel setup, and your good to go. just dont go too spray happy.

 

nitrous has the best hp/dollar ratio.

yeah there is, it's the Canadian model of the si

 

If money is a big factory you can try stuff like this.

does your exhaust have the cat on it if so you could gut it out.
weight reduction.
diy ground kit.
advance your timing.
all these things help a little good for some extra hp. and there cheap to do
