How do you store a engine???

Ok in about 2 1/2 weeks I will be pulling the B16A out of my wreaked CRX and It will be sitting on engine stand in my garage do I need to prep this engine in anyway to store it for over a year? I was thinking maybe just changing the oil and running it for about 15 mins prior to pulling it..

Yeah change all fluids, take it for a short drive (or run it since your Rex is crashed), then drain everything. I am, however, only one source and I have never personally done it so you should wait for other more experienced guys to confirm/change the story
