Default coilsprings

my friend installed some dropzone lowering springs. His car is lowered 1.8 inches. He wants to lower the front more. Is it possible to cut the front lowering springs? Some people say that you are not supposed to cut lowering springs, is that true? Or is there another way that he can lower it without buying other springs? thanks

well if you purchase koni yellow shocks, they come with 3 perches for the shocks and you should be able to drop it more that way (with an improved ride)

DO not cut he springs. It will mess-up the load rating for the spring. It will ride like crap.
