On this site, you're probably going to get more votes for the OEM set up. But you should really just make up your own mind, don't worry about the "rice or not rice" stuff. Remember, it's your money, you worked hard for it, not us.

I would prefer oem, but its your money, your taste, and your car, so ultimately its your decision

I personally don't like those kind of kits, but like others said, do what you want with your car...variety is the spice of life. Forget about "rice." it's such a played out term/idea.
how is it rice...i though rice was when u have no performance parts on ur car and u think that ur fast and ur loud and obnoxious about it cause ur car looks fast(when really its just ugly)..but if u put a body kit on ur car how is that rice when u know ur slow as ****

You have to refer to the HT rule book, the term Ricey applies to anything known to be "JDM" this week, but the terms meaning will change again next week.

lol, muthafuggin werd.
Rice is more mentality than anything in my opinion.
Do what makes you happy.

my definition of rice, is anything done to a car with extremely poor taste.
those things you listed COULD be ricey, if executed poorly... save yer money and work on the engine

Its only rice if you put that kit on, and do it cheap and it comes out looking like crap. Same with anything else on your car. Just do it right and use quality products and in my opinion the "rice" word is out the question.
Now in terms of ur choice. depends on the whole look your going for your car. Just make sure everything flows together, and you can look at your car when u wake up and smile, and feel on top of the world when your rolling it

You know its ricey when you cant tell what kind of car it is anymore at a glance. But spend your money however you see fit, just make sure its what you are going to like for as long as you have your car.
