Good paint shops in Seattle Washington area?
Anyone know of any good shops? I'm trying to get my car painted in the next couple weeks.
The places I've heard of so far are Phantasy Colors, Kanasi Motorsports, and Car Paints. Anyone know anything about these shops?
Or any other good shops? Thanks!

theres also another place in kirkland called Mcloud's. It's a auto repaint place but they do really good work. I would know my sister had to get her accord fixed and painted there 3 or 4 times cause people hit her
stage is undependable, a kid i had autobody with had to bring his TT 300zx back after they messed up puttin in the jdm motor. It was just sittin on the street next to the shop for about 6 months (and nothing was still done yet) before the 1000$ stillen exhaust got jacked. My friend got so mad he just took his car somewhere else and made them pay for all the damage. My friends family owns Bel Kirk Autobody just off exit 20a right by jack in the box, firestone, gas station, 7-11 and a funiture store. The older son owned a 98 ls painted gunmetal with le37's until they got stolen then replaced them with knockoffs made by motegi. Had a few mugen parts, greddy parts, blah blah, now has a new cobra, the younger sons into trucks and quads, the dad who passed away was into hot rods and custom stuff and racing. So they deffently arent clueless on the import scene or ''whats cool'' or whatever you want to call it. At their shop, they took 3 different year volvos and did all the neccesary work to put them together and make it one car. I garuntee they can deffinately do anything you need done.

Bel Kirk told me that they do not do full paint jobs, they only do auto repair.

^^^Number 1: I'm not going to stage, I've heard too many horror stories. When they installed my friends nitrous they didn's tighten all the clamps and nitrous was leaking everywhere.
Secondly, I'm not looking for some ricer, flames everywhere, wild pink paint job. I just want the factory Honda black. I'm sure all of those paintjobs cost in the $5000 range.

im not telling you to get that paintjob, just showing examples of what certain shops can do, for the quality of the paintjobs, you can decide that for yourself. just because they painted a car for a customer, doesnt mean they'll take ur car and put the same wild paintjob on it
um y did you post blakes car (widebody mr2) as a phantasy color car? did he have it repainted? because I personally watched him primer it, and do all the sanding and buffing (he did the painting after school one day with the autobody teacher mr. dullum), all phantasy did was supply the paint. My bad about the bel kirk thing. Didnt realize they didnt repaint whole cars, that must just be a bonus that the owners and owners freinds get with the acces to all the supplies and stuff.

I got a quote from the guy that did this car, at Phantasy Colors. He quoted me $2200 for a full repaint, fill holes from wings, primer and fix all chips in front bumper, and paint and install WW RS lip kit. The paint jobs I've seen from him are really nice. I think I'm going to go with him.
