How to replace starter on a H22a1
Hi my friend has a 1990 Accord automatic and his starter went out. The engine basically tries to crank (it does like a 1/2 crank) but it won't start. I'm pretty sure it's the starter cause I did the test (hook starter solenoid to positive on battery) and it does the same thing, cranks 1/2 way.
I'm just wondering how to remove it. I've removed starters on other cars and it's fairly easy but never done it on a Honda. Is it just a couple bolts and that's it? Any help is appreciated, thanks alot guys

aha thanks
i actually meant f22a1
i did it today. really simple. 2 bolts, 14mm. one in front, very easily accesible. the other one is a little harder to reach but not too difficult with a long extension. then just unbolt the ground and solenoid wires and you're done. i removed airbox and battery for easier access
