Default H&R Sport Springs + Type R Shocks and Struts

I got a guy who can get my this combo (H&R Sport Springs + Type R Shocks and Struts) springs are used for about 2 months, and shocks for about 1yr. Is this a good combo to have on my 94 RS?

Thanks

hmm.. it comes with the LCA's from the rear, but i'm guessing i'll need the LCA's from the front too.., would it be ok if I just used the springs with my stock 88k shocks and struts?

Thanks

no need for front LCA's
make sure u have rear LCA's from ITR and everything will bolt right on.
and they are still in great condition even tho they are used. beats ur stock stuff and
dont use ur stock springs w/ 88k

if they are springs for integra. but u dont want to do that cuz ur ride will be bumpy as hell. use ITR shocks if u got them.

the H&R sport drops it 1.7/1.5 F/R, and it is for the integra, how bumpy?
my friends got a 92 vigor with dead stock shocks from 1992, and he put ground controls on them and the car handles AWESOME, yet the ride is worse, but ok.
