Got my 404's!!
I got my Crower 404's(nonvtec cams) Friday and installed them over the weekend! Soon I will be off to the dyno to see what I am puttin down after the breakin period on the cams!
However I have a question, for all you 404 owner out there! Do you still have your spec cards for your 404's? Reason I am asking is b/c I dont think mine is right! Check these out and give me some feedback!
My Spec Card:
Crower 404-2
Intake: 308 degress .445 lift Exhaust: 305 degrees .434 lift
Opens: 8.0BTDC Opens: 45.0BBDC
Closes: 38.0ABDC Closes: -1.0 BTDC
Duration @ .050"
Intake: 226 degrees
Exhaust: 224 degrees

I can offer you some advice on the cam "break in" period:
Don't worry about it. Install the cams, idle at 2500 rpm or so for about 15 minutes. Drive car and beat on accordingly.
No need to "break in" cams.

Crower recommended 30 min so thats what I did, however I want to put at least put another 100 miles on my car! Still in the break in period from the rebuild(sitting at 390miles)! All I need to do is stop my oil pan from leaking. It has a small drip right now(and its a new gasket)

i love my 404's. i rather have a b18b with 404's over a stock b16 or b18c1 anyday. the cams have a lot of potental with head work. look at my untuned power curve. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=968454

I am running 11.1:1 right now, but plan on bumping it up when I move back to virginia where they have better gas!
