Was just wondering if this was true and if you can use lugnuts besides Mugen lugnuts for their rims. I've got RnR's FYI. I'm currently using some kind of "racing" lugnuts I bought from inlinefour.com (Motegki (sp), I think), and was wondering if they will work for Mugen rims. I did order a set of Mugen lugnuts, but got an email saying they'll be on backorder for about 2 weeks... Thanks for chiming in on this.

its only the difference of ball (OE) vs tapered (aftermarket) seat of the lugnut. any aftermarket tapered lugnut will work. id forget about using cheap "racing" lugnuts, theyre probably going to strip or sieze and cause headaches. just get regular lugnuts from any tire store, pretty cheap and readily available.
and you dont want to mismatch the lugnuts. which is probably what youve heard before.
