Torque spec on flywheel and pressure plate?

My clutch went out and I am replacing it and need to know what the flywheel bolts and the pressure plate torque specs are. By the way its a 95 rs.

flywheel is 79, pressure plate is 19 according to repair manual, i always torque it to 25-30lbs
