Default Handling/Steering Question

I currently have a 96 accord coupe with 225/40/18 and when i go over a bump or there is a crevice on the road my car pulls very easily towards either side, it handles very well on flat roads, but is it possible to tighten up the steering a bit without removing the power steering?
