I bought parts from Silverbeast in March 9,2004 and still to this moment I have not received all my parts or refund. I have try to make contact with him but everything comes out as going back and forth with BS .The following parts that I bought from him were:

HONDATA S200B WITH THE ECU WITHOUT BOOST OPTION -USD$570 Received on 4-20-04
RC 550 INJECTORS-USD$265 Received on 4-20-04
WALLBRO FUEL PUMP W/KIT-USD$115 Received on 4-20-04
PROFECT-B (BOOST CONTROLLER)-USD$349 Not Received
PROFECT-B (REMOTE SWITCH)-USD$99 Not Received
ECU was barely received on 8-10-2004 Supposedly it was the second one sent.
and in addition to top all this the 3% that I paid for PAYPAL fees.

Let's start here.... 1st off, you payed through Paypal. I asked you to use Paypal to ensure that payment would be gauranteed through a electronic service instead of M.O. After you "paid" me, 2 days later, the amount in which you sent me was taken from my personal account until fraud investigation was finished by Paypal. This proccess took 3-4 weeks to complete. It took about 15 phone calls to Paypal to try to make sure the CC you used was actually yours and not someone else's. All the while, I had people sending legit Paypal payments to me and me covering the orders myself out of personal accounts to satisfy them. In the time it took for all this to be fixed, I was out a considerable amount of $. Your Paypal account and address was also not confirmed at the time of purchase. I explained to you that I would not order or ship anything until that was done. At any point here, you could have asked for a refund and I would have given it to you. So whining about the 3% fees is of no concern to me at this point.

There were a total of 3 packages sent to you. The 1st one was your injectors, fuel pump (install kit), and your Hondata unit. There was a second package sent with your ECU and Boost Controller. The 3rd package was your SECOND P75.


All this cutting and pasting of quotes and emails is really confusing. The email you posted from me to you about shipping, was to tell you the tracking number of the 2nd P75 ECU. Which you have recieved.

I do owe you a refund for the remote switch. When I ordered it for you, it was on backorder. I actually forgot about it and didnt tell them to ship the remote switch to me. Yes, thats my fault and you are owed that.

I have replied to every email you have sent to me.

You have contacted people that are close to me about your issues. I have seen the emails where you say all you are missing was a P75 and a remote switch. You need to pick which story you would like to tell and stick to it.

I also know that you have in your possession right now a Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller.

If you would like to take this to court, please file immediatley and stop posting.

Listen I dont have to stick to different stories like you say when I went thru Paypal that was the first time I had activated an Acct with them so thats the main reason it went into an investigation to square things off. But then later it went thru for the amount of $1444.56 USD thats right you got paid!!!!!!!. The second package I received was on 8-10-04 and that was to my address and that was for the ECU that tracking#(label#) was 321320510000490 and that was Aprroximately the third# you had given me after the prior # did not work and I made contact with you in regards to those #s. So dont sit there and say that I have received a total of three packages from you because you are ****#ing lying about that or so simple give me proof of Tracking#s since you say you have send me a total of three packages so I could call Fed-Ex and confirmed these packages with them because up to right know Me and Frank have received a total of Two packages and I gave you the Tracking#s for those packages so were is the so call third package??????? Give me the Tracking#. So dont sit there and say that you owe me just the Remote Switch. But what you owe me is the following items: Boost Controller, Remote Switch, and the Boost Option for the Hondata. And you apperently had a concern about me having a Boost Controller in my possesion well I went ahead and bought one . I made the purchased at PANN AUTO in San diego the # is 1-858-278-7266 and speak to the owner if you want his name is Thomas. I went ahead and purchased the following items Profect-b (boost Controller), Profect-B (Remote Switch)W/ Remote Harness and a couple of other goodies. And if you want proof of that I got my receipts or simply give them a call. So if you got questions simply call me you got my # if you are not a coward talk to me like a man. All I want from you is my refund for the parts that Iam missing and I will be waiting for your call like I was waiting for it since 7-21-04 lets see if you call me.

Is this problem resolved yet? I've seen about 5 threads with this silverbutt person and people having problems.

a buddy of mine had a problem w/ the boost option not being enabled on his hondata unit. he contacted ricky and he fixex the problem a.s.a.p. hope everything gets sorted out.

I guess you need to make some phone calls to Fed Ex instead of checking online trust me they would have all your tracking#s that you have send. I just call them and ask them if they would have that kind of info and they said they keep data saved to solve problems with people. So what I suggest you need to do is a little homework and get me that tracking# ASAP. By the way I do understand english very well that I have earn a BA and graduated successfully and earn myself a good job.

All I want to this point is my refund of the following items: Boost Controller, Remote Switch, Boost option. So dont bring any excuses give me the tracking# for the third package you supposedly send or REFUND MY MONEY for my missing items.

Yes I say it's a shady business. Who the **** cares if you can't commit the time to send stuff out to the customers. If you received payment then you better send the merchandise.
