Default Koni Yellow adjustability w/ Eibach Pro-Kits

I'm installing Koni Yellows/Eibach Pro-Kits on my '01 GSR Tomorrow.

To all those that have this setup: What settings do you have your yellows adjusted to? How can you tell if the stiffness is set right for the car? I want a firm ride, but comfortable enough for daily, spirited driving.

Thanks for your advice (in advance)

Best thing to do is take it around and play with it.If you want it to turn in well you will want a stiffer setting in rear.
Just remember not to turn it to full stiff and drive around like that it could potentially damage the dampers valving.
