Default LS/vtec question? using JDM b16 head off a jdm integra front clip?

hey whats up honda-tech. i got a couple of questions. i dont know if this is a good deal or not but i found a jdm b16 head off a jdm integra front clip. the guy has receipts for it and said that its packing 75,000 miles for $300. is this a good head to drop into my 92 ls block, even if its a jdm head and not off a usdm b16? thanks guys!
