Never mind H-T, as you should know, alot of ppl on here is scared to be different. They are bandwagon hoppers really.

 

the whole car used to be M3 yellow, but some dude hit my front end. So i basically had 2 options, repaint the entire car, or 2 tone it, because the y would have never been able to match the yellow exactly.

The car pulls on just about anything on the street.

The only things that have beat me to date:

Supercharged viper
1000 (bikes)
turbo integra

it'll pull even with a 600 bike from 70-120

From the video, it really doesn't look as bad as ppl are thinking (minus the altezzas) and its quick.

I think if you wouldv'e started the thread off like, Supercharged GSR Civic....and put the paint part at the end, everyone wouldv'e been jumping on the bandwagon. Some just cant see past the paint (which can be fixed)

 

yeah , the paint was kind of a money thing.
the car had actually been painted yellow twice.
so i didn't have the $$$ to repaint the entire car again.
you can't please everybody.

I don't think the car looks that bad. Got some **** under the hood to back it up, so props on doing something outside of the norm.

 

The two tone, not my thing, but it's different and doesn't look bad. I could see why you would do it. I'm not fond of the gauges either. As far as motor work etc. that's a pretty sick car. As long as it's fast I really could care less how it looks.

At first from your picture I thought "oh dear god" but from the video honestly it's not that bad. If the car was painted one full color then it would be much better

not a fan of the interior tho

 

those two colours are ****** class - but not together - if u were gonna do that it might have worked better with the spoon yellow/blue tones.

 

i don't get half the guys on here.....they ddig the spoon s2k and rsx with 2 tone paint just like this guy...

even a dc2-r like this is two tone

i didn't even notice the two tone until i looked at it more closely.
I agree with the guys that don't like two tone. I personally don't like it that much myself and it's on my car. But like i said , at the time, i didn't have very many options or money, so i could only paint the front half a different color or try to match it, and i knew the color would'nt be the same, so i said **** it and painted it the best i could. Overall, it's a baddass car. You gotta go for a ride in it to appreciate it.

I appreciate everbody's opinions anyways.

BTW, i kinda like the two tone from top to bottom, pretty sweet.

the only thing i have close to JDM on the car is the wheels, but it'll pull on a JDM for sure.
