H23 Auto tranny upgrades?
There's nothing out there that you can purchase for the Preludes. TCI makes a new converter for the Civics, but that's it. You will need to look to ProTorque or JMO USA for modification of a stock converter. I've heard good things from some Prelude owners who have used modified converters from ProTorque. JMO seems reputable, but I don't know of anyone who has used their services.
Other than the torque converter, I would look to the clutch material. Switching from the OEM clutches to some Raybestos kevlar clutches would really help the shift firmness and lockup rate. In addition, a switch to synthetic Dexron ATF from the Honda fluid will help with shift firmness.
