Default Need Help Badly CEL14 won't go away!!!

hey i'm trying to sell my car, but first i need to fix this damn problem. CEL14 IACV, i already tried cleaning it, resetting the ECU, light comes back on right away. Tried putting another IACV in there reset the ECU, and still comes back on right away. Besides the IACV sensor what else can be the problem?
For those who don't know what CEL14 does: I have to keep my foot on the gas otherwise the car dies out.
I also have to smog the car, this is probably a dumb question, but I won't pass with the check engine light on huh?
I returned everything on the car to stock.

Maybe you have a bad connection or broken wire. Try using the "bad" IACV on another car and see if it is good or bad for sure. That will help you some.
