Default Beaten to death, but just double checking my understanding

Ok so check it out. First I'll tell you set up (this is suspension by the way), then make sure I'm right.

1991 Civic hatch
Gonna do alot of autoX (when complete on performance builds)
Probably gonna do some drag...SOME
Eventual show

Lifespan: Project car, daily driven. Then auto-X, but still daily driven, then retiring to show/daily driven, then straight show.

From what I understand, it's more money, but for autoX, coilover system is the best you can do...but again costly. So what I'm asking...is this right? Coilover's being best bet for alot of autocrossing? (By the way, as far as comfortability, I'm too into cars to care) Money is kind of an issue, but worth the sacrifice for good suspension. If going coilover, who to go with? I hear BIG reputation about H&R and ground-control. Also, I need to have it understood it'll ahve the rear 'tegra disc swap. So front and back, what do ya'll think would be best...being what company, coilovers yes/no, and what all do I need if I go with either suspension to ensure proper alignment, camber, damper...everything. Thanks ya'll, and again, sorry for carrying out a beaten question, but all the forums I've seen have had people bickering over true/false, yes/no, best/worst. Just need to clear up. Thanks.
