V-AFC or Hondata
EVERYONE agrees, hondata craps all over the VAFC. Hondata does more than the VAFC does. www.hondata.com
The Hondata would do everything you need and more, but is a very large investment especially if you are only doing I/H/E.
Here is a post that should help you out.

Watch how fast the dollars grow. For the record I am leaning towards the Hondata since I will be doing internal changes to the engine as well (Most likely TODA, but need to do some more research on JUN)

You can´t compare the 2 things. The VAFC let you only change the VTEC engagement point and tune the a/f mixture. The Hondata is a more complex system. You can tune the timing, fuel, Vtec, redline, part and full throttle, fan activating and and and. A dyno is nacessary for both system. Even with the VAFC dyno tuning should be made with an wide band O2 lamda for the best hp numbers. Without dyno tuning you´ll waste your money and the Apexi unit is only for show in your car.
for the money i would get the v-fac or same some serious $ and get a pac-tel stand alone system thats what im going to get but the cost for that is 5k,but right now i have a v-fac and my car is supercharged and works great as long as you have a good tunner which i do
