cutting a bumper to show all of FMIC does it really help ?
It all depends on what you're end goal is...I believe that if your car isn't a full out drag car, or at least 12 seconds, I wouldn't bother cutting out your bumper to show all of your IC....
I'd almost assume your car is a daily driver, and in my eyes, the added protection of the bumber from rocks/stones/chipmunks/etc far outweight the small gains you may see with the cut bumper that exposes the full intercooler...

this question might be a bit to vague to get a strait answer..that would all depend on too many factors..size, positioning, psi, motor, make of car/bumper...etc..the answer can go both ways.
