you will encounter rubbing issues with anything less than a +42 offset depending on how low you car is

please note, i have owned a set of 215/45/16 azenis b4...they are not a true 215, i measured it and it was closer to 225

That should be fine.
My SSR 15 X 7.5 are +43 (or maybe +45) and there were no problems even when running a bit lower than stock on Buddy Clubs.

I have the 16*7.5 +45 offset Advan RG's with 215/45-16 azenis with buddy club suspension on my car. The only place that I rub on my car is the front put only at full lock (so just don't full lock
)
On a stock ride height the tires will not rub.
