well i already put them in.....i really have to upgrade my valvetrain for em? i drove my car about 90 miles lastnight........nothing above 6G for about 500 miles or so

it's a great idea to upgrade vour spring to itr one...you can raise your redline to 8400 with those spring...

As lond as you dont drive over the stock redline you should be fine, a friend of mine had ctr cams in his b17a and used the stock valvetrain and he was fine. But if you ever get some spare time/money it would be better to upgrade at least for peace of mind.
yeah i never really take it to redline anyway...mine is 8000 and the fuel cut it 8500..i usually shift at 7500 anyway...but i noticed those cams make power all the way to redline......i love em...time for a header and exhaust now...and maybe a VAFC and a ECU rechip....not sure yet..
