Who sells billet intake flanges?
I am trying to find a source for H22 intake flanges for H and B series motors (preferably with the injector boss included)
Id like to find somewhere that has them pre drawn (CAD) and milled to avoid having to do a multiple piece mill at a CNC facility...
Anyone know where I might be able to by the flanges?

i asked str about it over a year ago, and they said they wouldnt sell the flanges alone. but I remember reading some post about them selling the flanges seperate. but not 100% sure...

im taking beggining autocad it seems that it would be very easy to make an intake manifold flange how much does it cost to cnc something like this? and does anyone know how much it cost for a cnc machine. i would make one in autocad and give it to u guys for free but i just started doing this stuff and dont want to feel responsible if i fawk up something i also dont know wuts required to go into the cnc machine so its not a good idea for me to do it lol. maybe after 6 months or so.
The flat flange is easy, yet, but once you start adding partial runners and injector bosses, it gets a bit more expensive. If someone gives me a design, we can produce it for you, with your name on it.
usually most shops,in texas anyway, charge a $200 set up fee and about $60 an hour for machine time. many times they will supply matl. the flanges are not at all hard to make but your best bet is to find a small shop like a job shop. one that has a few machines and is rather slow at this time(which isnt hard to do with our economy) talk to the owner and tell him what you want. The machining industry can be very helpful to small inventors or fab guys if you approach it right. Alot of times when someone comes into our shop and you can tell that they cant spend a grip of money we will knock off some of the standard fees, do we make money when we do that? No. But we gain more word of mouth which is very important to us. Id say just shop around.
