Default New motor in.......

So i just got my new engine in my car, its a 2nd gen b16a sir2.Mods are Rlz p&p stage 2 head which brad said he went kinda crazy on it , rocket gen 2 OUTER only valve springs(no inner springs, brad from rlz said he shifts his race car at 10,500rpm with just the outer springs.)Aebs intake manifold hand p&p, hondata IM gasket, 98 u.s. spec ITR cams, CAI and Exhaust. Now my question is how far can i push that bottom end, i have a friend that had almost the same setup on a sir2 and he reved his to 9200 all day.The problem i have is with all that headwork my car hates vtec anywhere under 6k, i have vtec set at 6100 and it feels awsome , anywhere under that and it bogs when vtec hits, so this is fine shifting at the stock 8400 until i hit thrid gear because then it falls back down to 5700 and bogs there so i would like to take it to 9200 if needed. Keep in mind this thing still has the stock shitty-*** b16 exhaust manifold that i dremeled out.So how far has anyone seen someone take a stock bottom-end 2nd gen b16???

A friend of mine has a 94 del sol VTEC, skunk2 valve train, zex stage 2 cams, stock bottom end B16A3.

with a modified tune i set him up with, he revs the car to an occasional 9800 rpm. It doesnt make power nearly that high, but it sure helps with the gearing

True, i really need to get a header before i tune it , i can feel that the header is holding me back, plus vtec is SO loud , that usually means something is retrictive in the exhaust manifold.
