Depends on if you want 3 horse or 1...CAI will give you 3+...SRI will give you 1+. CAI better for mid range...SRI better for top end. PEACE!!

Well I have a GSR and run with the AEM CAI. I like it much better than the short ram. It really works well on my car at about the 4200rpm and up range I really feel it.
