skunk2 coilovers in the rear *i know that didnt sound good*
Im trying to lower my integ LS in the back so that the rear fender is barely about to tuck the tire....i have 17's on 40 series tires by the way....I was adjusting the coilover all the way till it ran out of thread and it was almost touchin the factory perch, i took the jackstand off and i wasnt too happy, becuz it didnt lower it to where i wanted it....i see some integs with skunk2 coilovers, and all 4 of there wheels are tuckin like krazy....my skunk2's in the front are ok, but the ones in the back....could they be installed wrong?
It would seem hard to install them wrong but possible. But very awkward. Everyone I know that uses skunk2 coilovers can make their car tuck all 4 corners like nothin', with thread to spare. And your running 17's and can't tuck'em or at least get the tire to the fender. Something is definitely wrong there.
Yeah I have eibach sportline springs with 17"s and 40series tires, and my back tires tuck like half an inch. This is only a claimed 1.7inch drop, the skunk2's should be able to MUCH farther...
i dunno whats wrong, the car rides perfect n smooth though....on integras, do u know off the factory perches on the rear shocks?
