Help Leaking transmission but where?

Default Help Leaking transmission but where?

I had an si tranny on my z6 and it would leak out the fluid within miniutes....we changed the output shaft seal but it still leaked right out, so I changed tranny's thinking it was the bearing but it still leaks, where else should I be checking? shift linkage?

thats what the shaft seals are ive changed both.

Bolts? Axle seals? Main seals? wipe it down give it a good look see you'll find it eventually.

does it have a hydrolic clutch or cable,, if its hydrolic check the slave cylender

Run the car while it is on jackstands. Get under there, wipe it all down.

Not to sound like a *****. But trace it. Make sure the seals are in there correctly. Maybe you put them in crooked. Maybe you have a cracked case. More options but just look.

maybe its leaking from the vss,

are u actually losing tranny fluid? maybe its the rear main seal on the motor.

its tranny fluid cuz we ran atf through it and let it sit for a day and all there was red **** everywhere.
