How much should i pay for a 93 Si

i'm looking to buy a red 93 civic Si with 116k. The car does have rust on the rear quarter panells like other hatches do. The car is in good condtion besides the rust and it comes wit a cd player aftermarket speakers and stock and 15inch rims. The asking price is $3400, how much should i offer ?

if you get it for 2800-3000 then that its a good price for Si...is the title clean???

I just sold my 1992 Si for $5,000. Stock engine, coil-overs and AGX struts, Tanabe RD exhaust, all the DC bars.

Then I picked up a 1992 CX for $2,500 with a B16A and HALTECH stand-alone!

I'm selling the drivetrain out of it and dropping my B18C5 swap in and such...
