for x-mas my girl is going to buy me some high CR pistons and some new rods to go along with them my only problems is which ones? i was thinking on the forged JE 11.1 and some forged eagle rods as well?? which ones would you order with my current set-up?
ITR cams, tb, IM, I/H/E, test pipe, msd, VAFC, ITC, and other than that a stock bottom end...so what do you guys think??

(im just looking for something reliable in a daily driver with some performance gains..thanks for any help)

 

it depends on the type of gas you have in FLa. Your CR may be too high for anything lower than 92 octane

 

we have 93 octane available down here..

 

12.1 endyn's or 11.7 if your girlly.

 

12.0 would do nicely... just dont get that endyn crap

 

Hell, I don't even get a Christmass CARD from anyone anymore...much less a set of forged pistons and rods. Jesus, I knew my life sucked...I mean, at least someone could get me an AIRFRESHENER!!

how about some CTR pistons.....in a GSR they make almost 12:5:1

For the past couple of years I would buy christmass presents for family and friends...but this year is different. Lack of recieving the same gratitude has evolved me into a bah humbug person. I won't even go home this year for christmass. Although I love my family dearly I just dont think it's worth the headache.

I too will be buying my baby some xmass presents...a FMIC and some other goodies .
