Default wiring conversions

im tryin to wirer a ls to a 91 crx....can anyone help me out, by givin me some good websites or links to go to....i found a few but all of them have vtech i dont noe if its diffrent for a a ls so... can yall please help a fellow ef lover out im tired of lookin at my baby n da garage all i need to do is wire that baby...

wiring should pretty much be the same.. minus the vtec wiring ...

i didnt really understood what you we're saying but i answered to how this question sounded like....


so you are saying basically that you got a ls engine and you need wiring setup for the crx...

Yup. Right, just like vtec engines, but skip vtec parts (vtec solenoid, and pressire switch, as well as knock sensor and any o2 mods if there are any)
Or - wire it up just the same as if you were wiring an SI engine (if the LS is 90-91, OBD0). One or two sensor plugs will need to be extended, but not much more then that.

You also failed to mention the model of your CRX - while SI and HF are really easy to swap an LS into (almost nothing changes), a DX model needs more extensive wiring mods. You'd need to modify your DX harness to use 4 injectors and such (it's called MPFI conversion). Do't try to buy an SI harness and use it in the DX, just modify the one it came with.
