Someone is going to sell me a 00 white s2k w/ red interior, he wants 18k, does that sound good?

70k on chassis, 30k on motor. bent a valve so honda replaced the motor

anyways if the car is clean and everything i will be trading my 03 RSX Type S + some parts for it, do you guys think its a good deal for it?

i dont think so, i'd keep shopping around... i paid 17k for mine 2000 with 44k on the chassis... he didn't pay any for the new motor if it was replaced under warranty

 

I dont know the resale on your RSX but I wouldnt pay over 17k for that S.

If you can hold out try to find yourself a 2002 it will be worth the difference in cash if you can find one for around 22k.

Keep looking and don't settle dude. I almost bought 2 s2k's before I found my current one and I'm glad I waited. I looked at a NFR 00 s2k for 20k with 40k miles and a silverstone 00 with 36k miles for 22k. I waited and waited and finally came across my current s2000, 18k miles, dealer maintained w\ papers, garaged, for 22k. A little more pricey but I feel it was worth the peace of mind.

i dont think that is a good price we have a similar one on our lot right now with 53k for 16,999.

 

I've seen several on ebay with Buy It Now's for $16-17 a couple of weeks ago. (MY00 60k+ miles)
