Default Major exhaust leak after header and test pipe install

ok so i put a JDM DC Sports header and i bought a conversion test pipe from http://www.kteller.com. I went to install them today and noticed a problem at the meet point where the header meets the test pipe. There was a small gap, they did not meet flush. I i figured they just getting the nuts through and tightening them up good it would close the gap. Well it did but the bottom of the header closed better then the top, so there is a small gap up top where the header meets the test pipe. Therefore i have a exhaust leak (sounds like crap).

How do i fix? Should i throw a couple of gaskets in there to try and tighten the gap??

I need help guys.
