rare optional shif ****/boot
the optional accessory leather wrap around shift **** and boot. it is one piece. it is made by a company called Avanty. if you look in the hyper rev vol. 7 page 128 original cost was around $290 all real soft leather. not that fake crap were used to seeing.
these mainly were sold during the crx 88-91 period but i have also seen photos of it in eg bodies brochures as well so it will also fit 92-95 hatches. it will fit integras also if the metal brace is changed out.
the company made two versions one from their company and one through honda japan. honda japan version will have an oval leather patch instead of the Avanty version which will have a square leather patch. same exact item just two versions.
...now if i could only find the rare reading light for the crx...hmmm

haa haa yea thats the overall consensus... not sure how the top part of the leather area is held to the ****. or if the **** is a clear plastic or if just the top is clear.. i guess ill find out once its in my hand.

yea thats the only bad thing about leather shift *****, no matter how much protective goo you apply, the sun and your hands eventually ruin the leather..

i got two of these they were found primarly on the EG6 SiR II-S (the sports version) , i hate how they look and feel
