I just put new one piece headlights on my 5th gen and there is a gap between them and the fenders. The nubs that are supposed to go into the holes inside the fenders don't go in the holes. Is there anything I can do to fit them in better?

 

If they are aftermarket they just wont fit like factory. Squeeze them in as best you can.
