well carsound only makes cats with a 2, 2.25, 2.5, and 3.0 outlet, but the rsr exmag exhaust size is 2.36 and I dont really know what size the dc sports header is. How would this all fit?

 

I have a DC 4 2 1 header 2.25 inch collector, 2.5 inch catco catalytic converter, and the RSR exmag catback. works fine.

 

your dc header has a 2.0" collector (if you're using the stock cat). i'd probably go with a 2.25" cat so it's a gradual increase in diameter...2.0 to 2.25 to 2.36. it seems like this would flow "better". but then again, 2.5" cat might be good if you plan on upgrading to say a jdm itr 4-1 header (w/ 2.5 collector)

 

i have the same problem. i have 2 inch comptech header and an rsr 2.36 inch exhaust. im thinking of getting a costom cat from kteller that is 2 at one end and 2.25 at the other. the thing is the normal cats are around 70 and the custom one is 160. i was wondering if i could just get a 2.25 in and out and just bolt it on. im not sure if it will fit or if it will create problems with the flow of air. if i can save myself $90 it would be nice. please let me know
