I bought some used gcs two days ago with ek struts and i need help identifying the spring rates
Rear 180.64.44 Front 200.64.58.What would you suggest i put up front and back and back of my eg and are koni yellows a direct bolt-on?.This setup will be for daily driving and for a few autocross events(my first)

fo shizzle...parker who just looks at the simple gc data 7x2.5x800 for example

fo shizzle...parker who just looks at the simple gc data 7x2.5x800 for example
If you guys need help deciphering GC part numbers, I deal in them on a daily basis.
Also, you can just order the standard Eibach ERS Springs, as GC always has the rates you need in stock.
