Default Ground controls

I bought some used gcs two days ago with ek struts and i need help identifying the spring rates
Rear 180.64.44 Front 200.64.58.What would you suggest i put up front and back and back of my eg and are koni yellows a direct bolt-on?.This setup will be for daily driving and for a few autocross events(my first)

i put some 99-00 civic si rear shocks on my 93 eg...so yes its possible

so, i click on the FAQ, and i learn this....

180.64.44 = 7.08" free length, 2.52" ID, 250lbs/in
200.64.58 = 7.87" free length, 2.52 ID, 330lbs/in

If you guys need help deciphering GC part numbers, I deal in them on a daily basis.

Also, you can just order the standard Eibach ERS Springs, as GC always has the rates you need in stock.
