Default type r pistons for gsr worth it?

I have a 01 integra with full exhaust. I was wondering if i put type r pistons in if it would make any difference. I know that on preludes if they swap the japenese version pistons it makes a significant difference and didnt know if it was the same thing for type r pistons on a gsr. Any input would help.
