Default 2002 CRV Coolant type

I am told that I should only use honda coolant with my car because it has an aluminum engine and because it is specfically formulated no to corrode the seals. Is they're really a difference between honda and say prestone coolant, and if so does anyone know if using prestone will cause damage? And how can I be sure my dealership is using honda coolant when I go in for servicing.
