ok here are the pics of the engine that came with the integra i got, i'm just wondering if its a real jdm type R ENGINE.

holy crap, resize those pics! It looks to me it says B18C... so that would be a JDM motor... looks to have a JDM 4-1 header... so Pr3 is there... so yep, Ill say JDM ARRRRRR

but wut is the us gsr engine code or the jdm gsr engine code?

I don't quite understand what you mean but that? I notice the stamp is different though.

if you take a look very careful, u dumb *** r driver. v-tec solnoid is usdm. might need some more pix to determine if the head is jdm...

also block can be jdm gsr or itr.

 

how do u tell between a jdm itr and gsr??? TIA

Sorry but my integra is not Type R, its an RS with a Engine and tranny swap, i was told it was a 98 spec jdm Type R engine with 210 hp. I'm hoping i didn't get scammed and got a JDM gsr.

fromthis pic, i can tell that yes it has either a usdm or 95below vtec solenoid. jdm98 spec tranny, and i would have tosay that the motor is jdmR because, b18c with pr3 heads, and that the head gasket looks original.

The jdm vtec solenoid is without the oil pressure switch but the engine is jdm and the tranny is also jdm 98 spec

 

Just trolling but please paint the wiper arms black, looks a little ya know, off.

 

ya i'm meaning to switch the front windshield wipers, since they don't really do a good job of cleaning the front windshield, but i kinda like how my front and back wiper arms are painted a custom CW.

The teg's color use to be black (as u can tell from under the hood), than the guy had a custom paint job. The color he said was CW with a touch of pearl red, and u notice it close up when its sunny outside or when the sun is setting, cause it gives off this redish glow up close.

P.S could the engine be 210hp? i remember seeing some foreign site selling Type R engines, and that's where i saw b18c was both Type R and GSR, and it said the Type R had 210hp and the gsr had 178, but in USDM spec ITR = 195hp and GSR = 170hp

 

my jdm itr was making 182 whp with i/h/e.

 

keep it sleeper dont rice it out please
